Megan Miraglia
Chief of Staff
Megan Miraglia began working with CICE in 2019, coming on full-time as the chief of staff in 2023. Megan directs CICE’s organizational operations, strategies, fundraising, and special initiatives.
Megan’s work has worked with leading climate organizations including NRDC and the National Wildlife Federation, as a consultant and advisor to small nonprofit organizations, and as a senior staff member on congressional campaigns in California, Ohio, and New York.
Megan graduated from The Ohio State University and lives on a small farm in the New York Capital Region.
