Megan Miraglia
Chief of Staff
Megan Miraglia serves as CICE’s chief of staff, overseeing strategic initiatives and fundraising. Megan joined CICE in 2019, bringing expertise in campaign and nonprofit leadership and was promoted to chief of staff in 2023.
Megan’s career spans more than 15 years of impactful work in climate and politics. She has worked with leading advocacy organizations, including the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and the National Wildlife Federation, and as a consultant and advisor to nonprofit organizations across the country. She has also held senior roles in congressional campaigns in California, Ohio, and New York.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Megan lives on a small farm in the New York Capital Region with her family where she serves her community as a volunteer firefighter.
