Chambers for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) is a nationwide network of chambers of commerce and economic development organizations working to accelerate the transition to a clean energy economy. We support and amplify the voice of economic leaders and build the business case for clean energy investment and innovation.

Higher demand, declining costs, and increased investments in clean energy are skyrocketing job growth in the sector, with over 3.3 million Americans currently employed in the clean energy economy.

Clean energy and electric vehicles improve national security.

The expansion of American-made clean energy is reducing our nation’s dependence on fuels imported from outside of North America and helping insulate our energy sector from international price shocks and geopolitical instability. Since electricity isn’t an internationally traded commodity, 100% of the clean power produced by American industry is used by businesses, homes, and vehicles right here in the USA.
